Initiation Motorbike & Motocross Academy – Belgium – Brussels – Namur

Cara-Bike: Motorbike initiation for children. ADEPS sports instructor diploma.

Driving a motorbike is not easy!  As with skiing ‘pleasure must be learnt” and there are rules to be respected.
Initiation in off-road motorbike riding teaches the basic principles to enhance awareness and self-control.  You acquire the right reflexes.  It is also a life lesson as it teaches better self-awareness and strengthens the will to succeed in trials.
Three levels of training are available..

Bronze CARA-BIKER

Initiation. Understanding and applying safety rules and understanding your machine. Starting, moving forward, braking and controlling the machine. Many fun exercises and games to learn through playing while preserving safety. At this stage bikers will have already acquired the right reflexes and will know how to recognise and avoid dangerous situations.

Silver CARA-BIKER

Advanced. Improving on lessons already learnt and focus on technique. Learning to watch where you are going. Improving braking and bend techniques. Approaching and making small jumps. Learning how to read the terrain and avoiding traps.

Gold CARA-BIKER

Time trial sessions. Preparing time trial sessions, the forerunner for competitions Off-road improvement (sand, hardcore, grass and ruts). Improving at individual pace and taking account of different progression levels, without cutting corners. Determining, without exceeding, limits. Sessions are on motocross circuits exclusively.
